Farm Lake Homeowners Association

The restrictions of each Phase contain certain requirements for construction of the primary residence as well as any garage, outbuilding, etc. These covenants require that any new construction be behind minimum setback lines, meet all Covenant's and Standards, and be approved by the association's Board of Directors in writing prior to commencement. Plans should be submitted in writing to either the association P.O. Box, or by emailing flhaboard@farmlake.org.

Documents to provide when requesting approval

Proposed building plans should be complete with specifications, exterior color or finish, and a plot plan showing the proposed location of such building or structure, drives, parking area, sidewalks,...(see restrictive covenants for a more comprehensive list of requirements.)
